The technical principle of low temperature air energy heatpump

Low-temperature air energy heat pump is a kind of machine and equipment that used gas as low-grade heat to heat or supply boiled water. At the same time, it can also carry out cooling in summer. The heat pump unit is a closed system composed of four key components: transpiration, cooler, compressor, and air conditioning expansion valve, in which an appropriate working medium is added. The basic operation principle of the generator unit is based on the principle of the reverse Carnot cycle: the liquid working medium first digests and absorbs the heat in the air in the transpiration device to generate steam (gasification), and the latent heat is the heat retrieved.

Then it is compressed into ultra-high pressure steam by the compressor and enters the cooler to cool into liquid (vaporization) to send the digested and absorbed heat to the required heated water surface. The liquid working medium returns to the air conditioning expansion valve from the beginning after its blood pressure drops and surges through the air conditioning expansion valve. It digests and absorbs heat and transpiration to complete a cycle system. In this reciprocating mode, the air source heat pump system continuously digests and absorbs low-temperature heat and outputs it to the heated swimming pool water, The ordering temperature shall be achieved immediately.

Compared with ordinary heat pump units at -10℃ and lower temperature, the low transpiration temperature results in less transpiration, resulting in less air returning to the compressor and then endangering the cold suspected exothermic reaction. The manufacturer of the low-temperature air energy heat pump has improved the ejector enthalpy increasing loop of the compressor. When the compressor has poor air return, the ejector enthalpy increasing loop will replenish air and blood for the compressor, so that the heat release of the cooler will increase, so that everything can still be warmed normally at very low temperatures.
